Who We Are

Empowering Girls since 1920

Job’s Daughters International is a leadership organization for young women ages 10–20 that’s been empowering girls since 1920. Rooted in timeless values like respect, kindness, and service, we help girls grow into confident leaders, compassionate citizens, and strong individuals — all while having fun and forming friendships that last a lifetime.

With chapters called Bethels across the globe, Job’s Daughters combines mentorship, tradition, and girl-led experiences to prepare members for whatever path they choose.

Whether she’s giving back through service projects, leading a meeting, or simply laughing with her sisters — every Jobie is learning to believe in herself and make an impact.

Before I joined Job’s Daughters, I was quiet and unsure of myself. Now, I speak at public events, lead meetings, and feel confident in who I am. The girls in my Bethel are like family — they’ve helped me grow in ways I never thought possible.
